Conventionally teachers have the responsibility to teach children both in lower and higher classes. In this place, the teachers are replaced by facilitators both in word and in spirit too. The facilitators would just try to assist the kids rather than forcing a concept or theory. We have tried to have facilitators who are quite experts in the subject, however, even after having knowledge of the subject they will also learn and mold themselves from the child’s behavior so that they can facilitate the child.
The Facilitators are also divided into these few classes:
- Those facilitating academic learning.
- Skill and art developers.
- Those facilitating sports and physical well being.
The facilitators may be full time engaged people of the specific field or they may be weekly or monthly visitors too from places across the globe. Every child might not be exposed to every facility, the child will choose the part they want to get engaged with and will spend time with that.
